Women’s ministry

WELCA (Women of the ELCA) meets at church on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 9:00 for about an hour. The women have a short business meeting then enjoy coffee and fellowship while sharing in a Bible Study. All women are welcome to attend!

In addition to the regular meetings, WELCA helps in the coordination of events and projects that happen at Renner Lutheran!

Examples include:

Assembling Christmas stockings for the St. Francis House
Coordinating meals for Lent
Arranging servers for after worship fellowship

Mondays we sponsor the Dream Weavers Ministry. 1:00 several folks get together and weave mats made from recycled plastic bags. The rugs help keep the user from getting wet and it is light weight!
